A Yorkshire based mobile pizza company bringing you stone baked, wood fired pizza.
Our wood fired oven heats to 450°C cooking the perfect pizza in 90 seconds.
We source local 48 hour fermented sourdough for our pizzas.
While admiring the traditions of Neapolitan pizza, BUTE aspires towards being trendy, fun and green.
In 2020 we were given the opportunity to take on a good friends pizza trailer. We didn't want to cut the crust with our busy lives, but we knew this venture would be refreshing and fun for the both of us. After, it seems, our last ever holiday to the Isle of Bute, we set on our name to begin endless hours of scorching paddles and floured* hands.
